We have combined wild foraged ramps from the mountains of North Carolina, J.Q. Dickinson salt from the Kanawha Valley in West Virginia, and our Red Hot pepper blend from peppers grown in the agricultural region of East Tennessee to create a finishing salt that will add a taste of Appalachia to any dish.
